The last thing people need in this type of event is to be bothered with problems getting in touch with the insurance company to get information and help from them, to know and make sure to do things right for both parties.
We cannot be more satisfy of your constant support, comprehension, collaboration and cooperation from each and every person I spoke with during those very difficult days that I had to go through far from our country, family and home. I hope, I will not forget anyone by naming the first to the last person I had to alk too fromt he beginning Saturday 3, until yesterday: Catherine, Karen, Philippe, Jimmy and Sandra.
The professionalism of your personnel did it very well and you can be sure that we will not hesitate one second to recommend your company to future travellers.

I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Marc, an employee of your company. I had the pleasure and good fortune of getting served by Marc during my telephone inquiries. At the time, I was shopping around for travel medical coverage. I was weighing the benefits of dealing with various companies and I found Marc had the ability to explain very clearly the advantages and misconceptions of this type of insurance coverage. Initially, I had chosen to ignore my own coverage through my employer ($500K) in favor of higher coverage with your policy ($2M). I was explaining to Marc that I'm looking at a long term relationship with my insurance company since this is the first of many years (hopefully) that I seek travel medical coverage. At my request, Marc was able to provide statistical data to help me chose the right coverage. He coordinated the reimbursement of the additional coverage which I received in the mail yesterday. I had held back communicating my satisfaction with the service until I had received the amended policy and was pleased to see that Marc followed through as promised but I'm not surprised.
Marc provided friendly, effective, professional service. His ability to communicate complex policy issues coupled with his good common sense is exceptional. I am sharing this with you in the hopes that your company acknowledges the superior performance of employees. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon Marc and look forward to many years of doing business with your company.
