 Hello,

I just purchased travel medical insurance with Laura, and was provided with the best customer service I received in a long time. I'm booking a one-year trip so naturally I've had to make quite a few phone calls to airlines, travel agents, and haven't been happy at the end of those conversations. With Laura, I never felt rushed throughout the phone call, and she verified she had collected the correct information when I had question, helping me to navigate the various policies to ensure I had the best coverage at an economical price. Overall, Laura was patient, kind and at the end of the phone call I felt confident that I had made the right choice.

I recently bought a policy to top up our travel insurance. The agent, Joanne, who helped me over the phone provided excellent service. She was very helpful and polite and suggested ways to provide the best policy at the best rate.

Bonjour M. Laplante,

I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Marc, an employee of your company.  I had the pleasure and good fortune of getting served by Marc during my telephone inquiries. At the time, I was shopping around for travel medical coverage. I was weighing the benefits of dealing with various companies and I found Marc had the ability to explain very clearly the advantages and misconceptions of this type of insurance coverage. Initially, I had chosen to ignore my own coverage through my employer ($500K) in favor of higher coverage with your policy ($2M).  I was explaining to Marc that I'm looking at a long term relationship with my insurance company since this is the first of many years (hopefully) that I seek travel medical coverage.  At my request, Marc was able to provide statistical data to help me chose the right coverage. He coordinated the reimbursement of the additional coverage which I received in the mail yesterday.
I had held back communicating my satisfaction with the service until I had received the amended policy and was pleased to see that Marc followed through as promised but I'm not surprised. 

Marc provided friendly, effective, professional service. His ability to communicate complex policy issues coupled with his good common sense is exceptional.  I am sharing this with you in the hopes that your company acknowledges the superior performance of employees. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon Marc and look forward to many years of doing business with your company.
