What you bring to SecuriGlobe
- You must have an AMF licence (Insurance of Persons or Accident and Sickness Insurance)
- Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in insurance desirable but not required
- Sales and service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to demonstate rigor and attention to detail
- Good work organization
Work requires excellent attendance and punctuality.
Candidates must be fluent in French and English, as SecuriGlobe serves a pan-Canadian clientele.
Your responsibilities at SecuriGlobe
- Greet customers who call us with their travel insurance needs.
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills to fully understand customer needs
- Gather relevant information to analyze needs and propose a customized travel insurance product.
- Demonstrate rigor in collecting health information.
- Master products to provide customers with the best possible policy
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform other job-related tasks
- Finalise sales and provide excellent after-sales service
- Manage customer follow-ups and call backs
Pre-requisites for employment
- Background check (credit and docket)
- AMF Licence
Work schedule
- Daytime hours
- Possibility of overtime during peak periods
