    Call one of our certified representatives to share your comments or dissatisfaction with a product or service. Our contact information is included in the materials you received when you registered for the product or service. If you can’t find our contact information, please call our customer service department at 1-866-550-2444 or write to us at satisfaction@securiglobe.com.

Dissatisfaction review

    If you are not satisfied with the explanation provided by your representative, you may request a review of your complaint by contacting one of our Customer Service Managers at 1-866-550-2444.

Lodging a complaint

    If your dissatisfaction persists after contacting our customer service department, you may submit a written or oral complaint to SecuriGlobe’s Complaints Officer. He or she will investigate your complaint and make a recommendation, which will be communicated to you in writing within 30 business days of receipt of all documents or information necessary to analyze the situation. The written response will outline SecuriGlobe’s decision regarding your complaint.

Consequently, if you are dissatisfied with the review process or the outcome of your complaint, you may request that your file be transferred to the Autorité des marchés financiers.
