Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing transferred phone calls
  • Prioritizing callbacks
  • Opening client files
  • Managing the “Reception” email inbox
  • Assisting clients with navigating the client portal

Requirements

  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Resourceful and proactive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset)
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Bilingual (French and English) – required
