Key Responsibilities
- Answering and managing transferred phone calls
- Prioritizing callbacks
- Opening client files
- Managing the “Reception” email inbox
- Assisting clients with navigating the client portal
Requirements
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
- Resourceful and proactive attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce (an asset)
- Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset)
- High school diploma (required)
- Bilingual (French and English) – required
