For more than 50 years, the FEQ has welcomed thousands of festival-goers. Celebrating its 35th edition, the festival will take place throughout July in Toronto. It is one of the largest free Canadian festivals, with over 1,000,000 visitors each year. The festival takes place on multiple stages across the Kew Gardens Bandshell in Toronto beach environments.

Pitchfork Music Festival (July 21-23) Chicago, IL
Do you want to go to the United States for a long weekend? Just a two-and-a-half hour flight from Montreal, the festival returns to Chicago’s Union Park this year, bringing with it three days of festivities for all. You will find a diverse lineup bringing together well-known artists such as Bon Iver, Big Thief, Perfume Genius, Alvvays, and others. Markets, handicrafts, vintage items and food trucks will be available to the festive.

Newport Folk Festival (July 28-30, 2023) Newport, RI
One of the most anticipated festivals of the summer, the Newport Folk Festival has been operating since the 1950s until today.
